I know its crazy in today's music market but I decided to head back to the studio in April this year to add another chapter to the so far four part series of releases under the banner Cape Jazz. The album features some of the pioneers and some of the young star jazz pianists from Cape Town. Our sister firm, Songwrights Publishers , (publishers of the music of Basil Coetzee, Jonathan Butler, Robbie Jansen, Tony, Chris and Hilton Schilder, Winston Mankunku and many other Cape composers) have put up the funds to record and mix the album.
